How do I enable a waitlist for services?
Here’s how to enable a waitlist for services in your gym management software, start from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Select “Manage Services” from the drop-down list.
Create or edit a service.
Step 2: In the “Client Signups Allowed” section, check the “Allow waitlist” option.
You can select for the client to receive an email, a text alert, or both an email and text alert when a spot for this session becomes available. Scroll down and click on the “Save Service” button.
When clients try to book a session that already has the maximum signups allowed they will have the option to be added to the waitlist.
Step 3: On the schedule tab click on the session to view details.
Step 4: Click on the “View Waitlist” link.
Step 5: You can add or remove clients from the waitlist.
All those on the waitlist will receive an email, a text alert, or both an email and text alert depending on the option you have selected in the service settings.
Now, you can enable a waitlist for services!
