How do I view another trainer’s schedule?

Here’s how to view another trainer’s schedule on the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide:

(Option 1) Step 1: Click the “edit” link in the filter options.

(Option 1) Step 2: Click the trainer dropdown menu and choose the trainer that you want to view.

(Option 2) Step 1: Click the day view on the schedule to see today’s schedule for all trainers who have an appointment today.

Now that you can view a trainer’s schedule, you can make arrangements for the shared use of equipment and facilities.
